How can I place an order?

1-  You can choose the gifts by checking out items under different categories. Select the gift you would like to send.
2- Once selected.
3-  Select the quantity by clicking on the pink button.
4- Enter the Pin Code.
5- Select the delivery date and type.
6- Click “BUY NOW”
7- Select “Continue Shopping” button if you want to add more products to send along with it.
8-  Click on “PLACE ORDER” button If you want to go ahead with the selected items.
9-  Fill in the required details. When you reach the Date & Message column you will see the “Review Order” button. Click on the button and verify the details.
10-  Proceed to “PAY NOW”.
11- Select the payment mode and complete the payment on a secured payment gateway.

How will I get to know my order is delivered?

We send a confirmation mail once the order is delivered. You can also login into your MyFlowerApp account to check the order's status.

Are there any extra charges for delivery?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Floral Fancy Design. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see is exactly what you need to pay. Delivery charges may be extra depending on the location and other parameters.
